Stuck in negative thinking


Would love help with this model:

C – Previous managers said objectively unkind and inappropriate things to me
T – All managers are going to treat me this way
F – Fear
A – Avoid job searching (or do it half-heartedly), Entertain completely different career options (but turns out it’s pretty much impossible to avoid other humans…), procrastinate/buffer by eating, exercising, puttering around the house
R – I don’t find a new job OR find a so-so job with another so-so manager

In addition to feedback on that model, I’m struggling with shifting to a more intentional model and getting out of this loop. Thanks!
