Stuck with a thought Part 2


I’ve worked a little more on this. Here’s my intentional model that I’m working toward. Right now the thought I can believe is
I am making peace with this.

C – Kids will remote learn for five weeks.
T – I have made peace with this.
F – Powerful
A – meditate, set up schedules, set up learning space, set up outside help, discuss flex time with boss, acknowledge negative thoughts without judgment, spend time to feel the feelings, spend time with the kids not talking about school, savor vacation with the family before school starts, be flexible
R – Peace
