I have been in scholars since June. My goal is to lose 80 lbs. The first two months I lost 20 lbs. Which was great. I stopped eating sugar and flour and am doing the intermitting fasting. My protocal is coffee in the morning with 2 tbs of cream and 4 oz of protein 8 oz of vegies 2 tbs of fat for both lunch and dinner with an eating window between 1 and 6. I have not varied off this protocal but the past two months I have only lost 5 lbs total. I feel like I should be fat adaptive by now. Is there something I’m not doing right? Is this normal? You said you had a client that lost 100 lbs, how long did that take her? Does this program just not work for some people?
