Stumped


Hi Coaches,

What would you say to someone who has lost 80 lbs, and is trying to lose 50 lbs more, but hasn’t been able to?

This is the regime that’s followed:
– Do not eat sugar or flour
– Do not snack in between meals
– Intermittent fast
– Do not eat when not hungry
– Only eat on protocol (keto)

What is missing here to lose the weight? The weight hasn’t moved in a over a year. What am I missing?
