Substitute Desire For Food


I have watched the stop overeating program and it almost seems like the prerequisite for anyone who really wants to lose weight is to pick a food protocol (that doesn’t have concentrated false pleasures) as well as an alternative and healthy desire plan for what will they generate desire for instead.

Like, if we were in an overeating rehab center it’s as if in our admission form we’d have to fill-in substitute desire for food in your life…
