I have a really dysfunctional relationship with sugar. (That’s a C, I swear. Don’t tell me it’s not, haha.)
But seriously, I want to manage sugar in a less emotional way. I don’t want to do no sugar no flour. I’ve done that before. Many times. I know “no sugar, no flour” is a neutral A that I can take from different T’s and F’s than I have in the past. I just want to be clear that it’s not my goal.
My goal is to MANAGE SUGAR in an intentional way.
Whether I’m eating it or not, I want to do it from a place of control.
Current thoughts:
If it’s in the house, I’m going to eat it.
My partner eats sugar all the time and I don’t want to feel deprived when he’s eating it and I’m not.
I have a dysfunctional relationship with sugar.
