Hi Brooke,
I’m on Day 2 of no flour and no sugar.
I have a question about condiments and “savory” items that I noticed have sugar as an ingredient. An example is the prepared chicken salad from the market that is sitting in my fridge.
Should I be worried about things like that at this stage?
Or is dropping the Usual Suspects (sweets, bread) enough to reset the hormones?
(I’m 50 but not in menopause, still “regular.”)
