Sugar Cravings (TRS)

Hi Brooke,
After watching your recent Fat Adaption workshop, I was inspired to jump in and commit to losing ‘the last 10 lb’ that I’ve had for several years and not lost. I am not normally interested in fruit in general, but since cutting out all forms of sugar, I find myself suddenly craving apples, oranges etc. Would it be ok to allow for this, say once a da,y and not throw of the insulin levels I’m trying to even out, or is this an opportunity for me to allow the craving and just feel it without giving in to it? If so, is there a time when fruit is ok again?
