Hello. I began my protocol 2 weeks ago and I already lost 3,5 pounds. I still eat dried fruits (cranberries mostly) and I wonder if you consider them as sugar? There is no sugar added on it . And I eat them in my salad or as a planned snack with nuts.
I fast 16 hours everyday with an eating window from 12 to 8PM. I eat lunch and dinner but I am hungry around 4PM. So I eat this snack. But I always control the quantity of it.
Since I lost this weight for my 2 first weeks, do you think I should eliminate dried fruits however? Or can I keep them because my protocol is working so far?
And what about dates, raisins, figs and other dried berries ?
