have made a huge commitment to cutting out sugar and flour. (bread/pasta/chocolate staples in my diet normally!)
day 3 – just could not sleep at all last night. just felt ‘wired’. didn’t want to eat. not feeling anxious. just could not sleep.
is this likely to be withdrawal? am aware now panicking about tonight!

R – will become adapted to not eating sugar and flour
is this normal?
