Sunday Scaries


Hi there! What’s the Result I’m creating here? It seems that the R that I wrote down doesn’t quite match the T?

C – It’s Sunday and a thought about work pops in to my mind
T – I won’t be able to help my clients
F – Anxious (“Sunday Scaries”, Imposter Syndrome)
A – Trying to push thoughts away. Overthinking: doubting myself, worrying/ catastrophizing. Sometimes: Over-preparing, working on the weekend.
R – I create disengagement with my family, prevent myself from recharging and having fun on the weekend.
