Sweet tooth


I ve been listening to the podcast over 7 months now . I managed to lose 22 pounds . I aim to lose 10 more pounds but thats not happened for last 4 months. I ve gotten comfortable with the weightloss achieved . But I still beat myself up daily for not losing the last 10 pounds . I ve stopped snacking completely and can manage with 2-3 meals a day . Unfortunately i never stick to my protocol and each meal i reward myself with deserts. I never had a sweet tooth ever but since my weightloss i crave deserts more than the real food . Also , im still nursing my 13 month old . I wonder whether I ‘ll gain weight after I stop nursing . I want to stick to my plan but I’ve failed each meal for last 4 months . How do i get back to my initial motivation.
