Where would systemic racism go in the model?

I understand that one’s personal experience as a result of systemic racism can be broken down into further data that we can have thoughts about, but let’s take an example like the practice of redlining. If I am unable to purchase a home due to racist practices embedded in the real estate industry, can this practice be part of the circumstance?
