T Line Question

I listened to the super helpful webinar on “Mastering the Model” from June and learned so much, but I had a quick question about the T line. I know that it should be one statement, with no questions and no emotion.

However, I am unclear as to whether or not having “no emotion” in the T line refers only to not expressing my own emotion as a thought (ex: I’m scared), or if it also refers to not attributing emotions to others (ex: She’s angry at me).

Is it okay if I attribute emotions to others in the T line if that’s my actual thought, or is that too… biased?

Thank you!
