How to Take a Thought Captive


Hi Brooke,

I am new to The Self-Coaching School, two days old. I’ve listened to at least 10 hours of content so far, immersing myself in the process. There is a lot of material, and I’m not sure I understand the correct order of operation to create the change.

I am “Watching” my thoughts, and I’ve started to see them appear, what are the steps to change them and take responsibility for creating the life I want?
