Taking Action while still being rooted in those old Thoughts/Feelings


Brooke talks about how Actions that come from certain Thoughts/Feelings likely won’t be sustainable in the long run – i.e. Changing eating habits out of body shame rather than real love for our body.

So how does this relate to taking action when we haven’t yet changed our Thoughts. Do I go ahead and start taking Action (say, to cut flour and sugar), even though that’s the same Action I’ve done so many times, and failed at? But now I’m practicing new Thoughts *while* taking the same old Actions,….Is that the general idea?
