Taking My Stress Out On Others


Hi there. How do I catch myself in the moment from taking my stress out on others? For example, if I am stressed about a meeting at work, I will sometimes snap at my 6 year old for something that I really would not otherwise snap at her for. I realize that the answer to this might start with managing or eliminating the stress but is there a way I can go about my day and be generally more conscious of this? Thank you so much!
