My idea this month is based on weight loss. I’m having trouble coming up with what one action I can do toward my idea and the result it created. For day 3 and 4 it says it can’t just be an activity, it needs to be an action that produced a measurable result. The only result I can think of would be a lower number on the scale. That is measurable but it’s not going to show within the day. I exercise and meditate but other than recording how long I exercised or meditated what would be the result other than a feeling of well being and accomplishment?
