I know that this thought is not serving me, “It’s irresponsible to take time off to take care of personal matters.” But I don’t know what to think instead, something that I could really believe. Any ideas? I have always thought that way and am used to thinking that thought now. It became my limiting belief. Other ones are, “Only lazy people take time off for no good reason” and “The only good reason to take time off is when you are dead or incapacitated.”
