C: friend is 15 min late for our lunch date
T: she is rude and doesn’t respect me

A: think bad things about her, question our friendship, believes she has poor planning, think my time is wasted
R: I’m not respecting my boundries

I find this with some friends they just don’t seem to respect others time by being late and wasting my time while I wait on them. I’m a very impatient person and this bothers me often
