Hi, Brooke, this is my second attempt at my target market for coaching. When I initially journaled this I felt as if I knew this woman, but I’m not sure if I’m communicating my ideal client clearly. Looking forward to your feedback.
1. Who are the people that you most want to work with and why?

I want to work with women who are transitioning from professionals to stay at home mom’s ages 25-38 in Dayton/Cincinnati, OH who feel unfulfilled and overwhelmed by the transition and the amount of responsibility. They no longer feel like themselves, no longer feel fulfilled in their new role, and feel like they are a hot mess which in turn is affecting their self-confidence.

They no longer feel like themselves, no longer feel fulfilled in their new role, and feel like they are a hot mess which in turn is affecting their self-confidence. They want to get their lives together, be polished and in control.

Tired of feeling depressed, overwhelmed and resentful
Want to feel more polished, put together and confident
Seeking balance and happiness in their own lives as well as their families lives
4.How can your practice and your tools help them solve this problem?
6 Month Program Focused on:
Identifying what is missing in their lives, holistic approach to their everyday life. Focus only on your behavior. Wheel of life exercise and taking responsibility. Emotional adulthood. Personal empowerment through ownership of their contributing behavior so that we can change it.
Identifying what is holding them back, thought work, the model, what thoughts/emotions are not serving you
Creating the life that you are wanting: what do you need to prioritize in your life to feel fulfilled and changing our thoughts and behaviors to create that life i.e. weight loss, nutrition, exercise, meditation, building a side business, self-care, vision for your family
Thriving in the life that you’ve created, how to take it to the next level. Being polished and put together. Minimalism, Cooking for your Family and
Nutrition, Time management, Organization, Community, and Support, Sticking to your plan and schedule.
6. where do they hang out?
Play cafe’s, community centers, gyms, coffee shops, playgrounds, yoga studios, parks, online in parenting forums. Target, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, TJ Max, Marshall’s, Home Goods.
7. what work do they do?
Stay at home Mom’s, take care of home, children and family needs
8. what do they dream of?
Fulfillment, being “put together” or “polished”, being in control of their lives and schedules, taking better care of themselves, not “just” being a Mom, but a woman who is going after what they want and creating their lives to support their goals, visions, and families. “Having it all” and it not being impossible.
