Many of the coaches who I follow and love have developed a target market based on their “hell and back” or other personal triumph. I am wanting to focus on helping women become regular exercisers and eat for fuel instead of comfort. I keep stalling on this because I have ALWAYS been a regular exerciser and have not been overweight myself. I haven’t fallen off the wagon or stopped for a long period and started back up again. My weight loss and gain has only happened through pregnancies and a brief high school stint of not eating enough for all the activities I was involved in. I wonder if I will have a compelling enough story. Any advice appreciated!
