I’ve heard you say, “Why didn’t anyone teach us this in school?” As a school counselor and parent coach, I’ve been using the model to help my clients (and myself) for a couple of years. In two weeks, I’m teaching a 4-hour class (an hour a day for 4 days) to a small group of high school students. My goal is to introduce them to the model and have them start practicing thought downloads and models.

Any suggestions for how to teach it to high school kids or thoughts about how to structure the 4 days would be helpful.
