I have started the “How to be an entrepreneur” series and am realizing how much stuff I need to do to accomplish my goals. I want to do them and feel a little stuck. I did my intentional model and then tried to make an unintentional one to change my result, but the new model then changes my circumstance, so I am not sure where I am going wrong or how to rephrase it.
C: I am indulging in overwhelm (I picked this as a circumstance because I know I am doing this and it is evident in my lack of progress)
T: I know what I should be doing and I am not doing it.
F: stupid
A: I talk negatively to myself, I procrastinate, I don’t make a plan
R: I don’t do the things I need to do.
So I want to change the R line and then work backwards to fill in what I need to think and feel.
C: ?
T: I know what to do and I can do it.
F: confident
A: I talk to myself positively, I make a plan, take action, and stay on schedule
R: I do the things I need to do willingly and confidently.
For my circumstance in this model, I am no longer indulging in overwhelm. Does this mean that I picked the wrong C in the first model? Or is it ok for my C to change in this circumstance? I can’t seem to wrap my brain around it.
