I did the Tedious worksheet yesterday using a Carvel Sundae…I liked every bite! My descriptions were: sweet, smooth, rich, yummy etc. I know the book said to do this exercise 5 times but I’m afraid I’ll just end up eating an entire one again. Is my mind just not ready to give up this treat? What should my next steps be. Thank you
