Dear coaches, I know my thoughts create my emotions and I understand the concept of emotional adulthood, but when my teenager says words to me in an angry tone all day long I struggle to have thoughts about her to stay loving and compassionate. I accept the 50/50 and process my anger and frustration too and try to stay calm.

T- she’s rude
F – anger
A – try to calm her, control her, don’t manage my T and F
R- I’m rude

C- her words
T- she’s having a F
F- compassion
A- help me, breathe, don’t make it mean…, stay calm
R- I’m compassionate with me and her

I suppose I need to accept that’s my 50/50 and I’ll have both models during the day?
