I’ve been part of scholars since the beginning and love it. I’ve lost 25lbs and successfully pitched and started a coaching program at the Fortune 500 company I work for, even with my day job being outside of HR. Scholars has been a huge part of this.
I’m finding I’m struggling once again with sugar. A bite here and a nibble there. I’ve re-done models and it’s not working for more than a few days. I had gotten to the point where I was fine saying no to stuff not on my protocol. Now, I find myself consciously knowing whatever I’m about to eat is off protocol yet still deciding to have 3 bites or a small piece etc.
Any ideas on how to get my thinking back on track?
