Here is my model. I can see it, but I am still thinking they are terrible and I keep just wanting the problem to end.

C: tenants
T: they are terrible.
What makes them terrible? Don’t pay rent on time. Cops at the house. Don’t follow rules. They accuse & Blame me, criticize me, argue with me.
F: frustrated
A: want to evict them or sell the house to get rid of them. Blame myself. Argue with myself about what to do, or say.
R: I’m being terrible to them and me
