Thank you for your answer about my son’s homework – he’s been resisting doing his homework again but now I know I’m actually helping him in the long run.
Funny thing is… guess who else is resisting? My weight is stagnating around 59kgs and has been for quite some time. I love my protocol (breakfast: 2 eggs, 1 once of cheese, 1C of fruit; lunch: 1C legumes, 2C vegetables, 1T oil, 1T soy sauce, 1/4C nuts) but I happen to overeat from time to time… I’m busy getting my podcast ready and now consider that as a way of buffering, like drinking (lots of) tea used to be too. Now I’m kinder to myself, I’m also more willing to understand and I’ve found out I’m terrified. I’m very afraid of leaving the familiarity of my love handles, my big bum, my very feminine hips… and at the same time I’m really scared of weighing 55kgs. Who will I be, then?
So I’ve just decided to allow the terror and do it anyway.
Any thoughts on that?
