I get that it’s harder to go from ” I am a bad test taker” to “I am a good test taker” So I am trying to just think ” I am a test taker”
However, It is still difficult to not feel anxious, nervous to calm. How to transition the feeling if I am transitioning the thought?
Do I think “I am a test taker” a hundred times a day and expect the feeling to also change from anxious –> calm?
