Hi Brooke!

Just wanted to say THANK YOU. I coached with you at the end of Jan about a trick shoulder and the horror story I was telling myself about my shoulder and therefore my life. Just wanted to check in and say…I got surgery, I am healing quickly, I am in good spirits, and I’m proud that this is my story. Thank you for your firm love and guidance that day and every day. Two things that I say to myself everyday that I’d love to share are:

“I trust myself to handle whatever come my way.” And “Whatever happens, it’s MY story. I get to own it.”
