The model call was very helpful. Your comment about anxiety being similar to chronic pain was an a-ha moment. Prior to SCS I was embarrassed about and basically saw my anxiety as something defective about me to the point of being ashamed of it (and of course that thought wasn’t helpful.) I’m coming to accept it as something that’s part of me that I can manage. Could you share a bit on how you have become “comfortable” with anxiety. Slow process, lots of practice or once you accepted did it get more manageable quickly. #donehiding
