This is mainly to say thank you to the self-coaching scholars family! I sat at my desk to write my last paper for school (like actual last paper!) and I just had so many negative emotions stemming from thoughts like: I just don’t want to, this is pointless, I’m over this. And I started to spin and even think about postponing it. BUT I am committed to honoring my calendar so I went to work on self-coaching and within 3 MINUTES I changed my thought to I WANT to finish this. And I think I beat my record of fastest paper written from start to finish! I didn’t think this work would help me in so many ways, but it has and it just keeps going and going. So thank you for showing me the tools to coach myself!
