Thank you

Today I was looking at a photo of myself.
It was so lovely to enjoy looking at me.
The love I felt for me, was immense.

I was about to write, “what a gift”, and while on one level it is, it also feels like a birthright.

This builds upon a scenario this morning with my 3.5-year-olds who colored the coffee table with markers.

To be able to see the joy in that action, the sheer creativity. I could gently yet firmly take their hands and say no. Then grab some kid friendly cleaner and let them spray the table and clean it up we did.

So amazing.

That joy, while I know it has been in me, is so lovely to tap into.

This work is spilling into all aspects of my life and I am so grateful.

Than you coaches.
From my whole being to yours.
