I just wanted to send a thank you message to my coach from Nov 16 540pm. I just realized I didn’t get his NAME! He coached me and I realize that I just needed to go to the gym to make my brain realize I did something for myself… and I wanted to let him know – It was on my calendar for today, my calendar/ meetings tried to sabotage my gym time… but somehow, with a last minute meeting cancellation, I jumped in my car and went to the gym – even for 30 minutes !
