When doing a thought download, should I be trying to focus my thinking on areas that I want to improve, or about issues I want to improve? Or should it be truly whatever comes into my mind at the moment (“that picture is crooked”, “I’m doing a thought download”,”I want to put up Christmas lights today”, etc)? I’m thinking I should be trying to include mainly thoughts that I’m having about things that I’m having trouble with in my life, not just the random, fleeting “look, there goes a chicken!” thoughts. If I want to work on a relationship with someone should I be thinking about that relationship and write down mainly my thoughts about that? as opposed to whatever is freely coming to my mind at the moment I am doing the download? thank you so much!
