I am establishing goals for myself and trying to understand the reasons why I want these things in order to stay motivated. Several of my “whys” are more about what I do not want to happen (for example, I want to be financially secure so that I am not forced to live in poverty), rather than what I do want to happen. Is this okay?
I am thinking that my reasons are based in fear, even though I am learning to not indulge in fear (which I have recently realized has been a major issue for me). I would love to know your thoughts.
