When I was working on Week 3 day 2 homework the prompt asked what the big steps I need to take to achieve my goal.
I was fascinated to discover that my biggest action step is going to be loosing the last 3 three pound toward my towards my 40lb weight loss goal (I have 31lb left to go:) Because it will challenge and prove that I was committed to my original motivation
Is that what brook would considers a big action?
Since I’ve completely changed my eating habits I am finding that the and excess weight I had on my body is just falling off. What happens towards the end when I have only 5-6 lb to loose? Does it get harder or will this naturally happen because of my way of eating?
