The Life Coach School = Genius


I’ve been on my protocol for a few weeks now consistently losing 2-3lbs per week, and had a work trip to Iowa planned with lots of meetings over meals making staying constrained challenging. First day in and I’m assuming I’m officially fat adapted because I had a small fruit salad around 11am and just had a huge workout – it’s 6pm and I’m only feeling a slight whisper of hunger coming on just in time for dinner.

I was worried for nothing, and feel so confident in my relationship of trust with myself. I suppose the real challenges and mind work will come when something doesn’t play out as expected, but until then – thank you!
