Hi I’m new to scholars and am starting a new morning routine by doing a Thought Download every morning and then doing a model on one random thought. I have 2 questions. . 😬
1. Do you do only one model on the thought you choose to work on or do you do multiple models on the same thought?
2. Can you please provide feedback on the below model…

T I’m not dedicated and committed
F Apathetic
A Do nothing or sabotage eating plan
R Not sticking to plan

C Weight Loss
T it is possible I could be dedicated and committed to my weight loss
F hopeful
A stay conscious of what I’m eating and when
