The Model

I am new to scholars this month so I apologize if this is a silly question!

What does the model look like when you are feeling your emotions instead of reacting or responding to them? Do you just right down “felt emotion” in the A line?

I am having trouble feeling my negative emotions all the way threw, I just want to switch my thought around right away which of course isn’t working

I thought visualizing this might help me.
