I have got 2 questions related to the model and the Podcast #212 simple solutions.

1. Situations are neutral, so a situation become a problem only because of the meaning that we give. Would you said that?

2. Based on your solution model (define he problem, define the cause, ask yourself: how to fix the problem and how to solve the problem in the easiest way) but what if I can not identify the cause? Then The other step won’t happen… For example:
Problem: back pain
Cause: unknown despite several doctor / specialist assessments, X-ray, MRI
How to fix it: Unknown
How to solve it: Unknown

Any advice?
