Hello beautiful Brooke! I found your model after doing The Work of Byron Katie for about 2 years. I LOVE them both but for some reason the model feels a little lighter and simpler than the work. I am curious as to your insights on this- what are the differences in your opinion and when do you use the model vs The Work (if you still use the work at all) Thanks so much! Maria
