The Model in Orgs / Leading People

Hi, I did a search first and I couldn’t see a similar question, so I’ll ask it here now.

I see and experience the model being coached through SCS. Do you have a Master Coach who demonstrates its use in a business setting? Jody mentions that that’s how she experienced it first. I’d love to hear a master coach coaching managers on, for example, an unprofessional behavior (throwing a punch at a colleague) or a poor performing colleague (when statistics prove poor performance rather than it just being the managers thought error – but an actual fact, provable in court!). How does that conversation play out with the manager in addressing the situations or by the manager with the individual directly? This is another market for you/your Master Coaches!
