Hi ! I just joined scholars and was wanting more information on the thought download process. Is there a specific way I should be tackling this? In the intro video, Brooke gets her son to focus a download on a specific problem but if we are doing one download every day should I focus it on one issue or can it just be a getting out ALL the thoughts that are swirling around in my head. I am in my first year of running a business full time and I am finding that my mind is constantly racing with thoughts/ to-do’s/ anxieties etc.
I would love your insight on how to navigate this process 🙂 if there is more content in scholars that focuses on this specifically please let me know !
