The Urge Jar For Procrastination?

Hello! I really enjoyed the live Coaching call with Kara from this week. I relate with not sticking to a schedule and have realized that I need to work on being committed to my schedule, not trying to create feelings of motivation to do it.

I feel like I give into the urge to be lazy and procrastinate and not do what I say I want to do. Would you recommend doing the urge jar program for learning the discipline of being committed to my schedule? Or are there other videos or podcasts that deal with procrastination?
