Hello, I have a few questions about the urge jar approach:
1) When cutting out all sugars, what about coconut water, fruit, raw honey, raw maple sugar, pure maple syrup? or is it just white sugar?
2) What if you’re out and about and have a healthy thought, and are hungry, such as “a fruit smoothie” sounds good but you haven’t planned for it?
3) What if you write all your food down 24 hours in advance, and then discover it wasn’t enough food and you’re a still hungry? Like legit hunger.
