The Vault Rabbit Hole


I entered the Vault with caution but got totally consumed with information and now i feel overwhelmed…I have done nothing all day but watched videos and don’t feel better (maybe worse)…But now my thoughts are all over the place with things i want/need to fix: I want to worry less, I want to stop overeating, I want to stop overdrinking, I want to feel better…how do I get back on track?
