The what if’s

What if you didn’t have to feel that?
What if it was possible to feel that and be ok?
What is preventing you from feeling what you want to feel now?

I hear all of these concepts and I totally get the point but there is clearly a block because it is not happening. I do the thought download, the model, a ladder thought. And still pretty emotional about my situation. What is the block when learning all of this? Or suggestions to clear the block so I could create the feelings I want without the circumstances changing.
