I am on day 2 of no flour, no sugar and I gotta tell you, the withdrawal is real.
My brain is depressed. My body has the flu. I experience hunger pangs, cravings, urges, and all I think about is my next meal today and what I will eat tomorrow.
My brain literally is unable to concentrate on anything as I have terrible headaches and am unable to get my writing done.
Is this normal? Is there anything I could do to ease it? Brooke said that switching the body from being a carbs burning machine to fat burning machine results in lots of toxicity flushing through the body. Is this how the next 6-8 weeks will look like?
